Blinds is housed in a former blinds workshop on Hackney Road since 2025, a place with its own history, now given a new life.
We believe a wine bar should be more than a place to drink well. It should be a place people trust.
The Wine
Made with care, not for the label.
We work with small, low-intervention producers who put care into what’s in the bottle, not just the label.
We believe people deserve to know where their wine comes from, who made it, and how.
The Food
Small plates, made to share.
A short, seasonal menu of small plates built to sit alongside the wine — charcuterie, cheese, and a handful of dishes that change with what’s good that week.
Designed to share, or to keep to yourself. Nothing fussy, everything considered.
The Wine Shop
Take a bottle home.
Everything we pour, you can buy to take with you. Tell us what you like and leave with a bottle you’d never have found on a supermarket shelf — from the same small growers we champion by the glass.

Beneath the bar, our downstairs room is yours to book — for birthdays, weddings, press dinners, or anything worth gathering for.

How It Feels
